Refund and Cancellation Policy

Processing Time: All refund requests are processed within 3 business days by our Administrative Assistant.

All requests for refunds or course refunds must be made using the form below and will be submitted and processed within 3 business days by our Administrative Assistant. We will respond via email once the refund has been issued.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

  • You must not have completed the course
  • You must not have been awarded a certificate of participation and course completion

Important: If you have been issued a certificate for course completion, it is our company policy that you will not qualify for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the user to review the course description and course objectives prior to signing up for the course. PubDent.com is not responsible for ensuring that all courses will qualify for Continuing Education credit (CE Credit) for each licensing body and jurisdiction.

Each jurisdiction has their own requirements and restrictions and may or may not approve the type of CE course that you have taken.

Our courses may be administrative or clinical in nature. Administrative courses are less likely to be approved for CE credit by licensing bodies/jurisdictions; however, may remain of value to the efficiency, productivity, and overall patient care experience.
